He has also secured the implementation of hundreds of changes in harmful business practices that on a daily basis protect Californians from and inform them about the dangers of carcinogens and reproductive toxins.

As the founder of one of California's premier Elder Abuse and Neglect firms, Mr. Yeroushalmi understands the legal and emotional complexities of elder abuse and wrongful death actions and represents each of his clients with vigor, compassion and a great sense of purpose. Mr. Yeroushalmi also has also helped represent thousands of aggrieved consumers in several consumer class actions, including the "Bank Privacy" cases against several major financial institutions and other instances where large classes of consumers have been injured by unfair and unsavory business practices. His experiences in representative actions have included several successful journeys to the Appellate Courts, one of which resulted not only in a victory, but also a significant benefit on behalf of the public. Currently, Mr. Yeroushalmi serves as lead counsel on certified class actions against Skilled Nursing Facilities for understaffing affecting thousands of residents of California nursing homes.
